Ryan Wuerch and Robert Bennett

Ryan Wuerch and Robert Bennett are the co-founders and General Partners of Berch Capital, a growth equity firm that specializes in identifying and investing in great entrepreneurs and their businesses and providing the resources to help create significant returns. Both Ryan and Rob bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, having worked together on successful projects over the years. They established Berch Capital to leverage their time and experience to capitalize on the many opportunities presented to them, while also providing access to these opportunities to those who share their investment philosophy. Having realized  multiple exits and successful launches, Ryan and Rob are dedicated to providing their investors with elevated risk-adjusted returns.

Ryan Wuerch

Ryan Wuerch is the co-founder and General Partner of Berch Capital.  

Ryan Wuerch is a highly accomplished entrepreneur known for his ability to turn business ideas into reality. He has been recognized and awarded twice as Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young. He has achieved multiple exits with companies he has founded, including Motricity, Solavei, Dosh, and Onuu, with values exceeding $1.5 billion. His latest company Onuu was acquired by Rev Worldwide in 2023. He brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to Berch Capital’s investment thesis.

Ryan is dedicated to his wife and four sons and his fitness, as he is an avid runner who has completed over 55 marathons, including 14 consecutive Boston Marathons.

Robert Bennett

Robert Bennett is the co-founder and General Partner of Berch Capital. 

After qualifying as an attorney in England and Wales, Robert operated as COO and Treasurer of a boutique law firm. Robert then pursued an eight-year career as a hedge fund lawyer, initially working for BlueCrest Capital Investment and later spinning out its algorythmic trading division into the stand-alone $13bn hedge fund Systematica Investments. 

Robert holds an MBA from McCombs Business School at the University of Texas and is a member of the exclusive and prestigious Venture Fellows program. 

He has spent his career establishing and growing businesses in highly complex and regulated industries. Robert is an operator, a husband, and a father to two beautiful daughters.  He is an ex-rugby player and world traveler, having visited 50+ countries.
